In the unlikely event there are any lawyers interested in something besides a quick-and-easy high-probability payoff, here's the deal:  
 
We will pay you for your work and all expenses and in the event we prevail will pay you a percentage as if you had taken it on contingency.  Probably at a lower rate (20% or so) but at no financial risk to you.  We have done a lot of investigative work and have much of the information needed as well as witnesses and contacts with people who have useful information.
