Your information will be stored on a secure server under our physical control.  The only contact we will ask for is an email address.  You may not wish to use an email address that can be traced to you - in that case we suggest using a secure private and anonymous email such as Protonmail.  When we contact you we can make arrangements you are comfortable with. 

We read all replies and categorize them based on content.  Whether you are a victim, a current or former employee, lawyer, law enforcement or other interested parties we will connect you with someone who can assist. 

The hospital's lawyers prefer to use snail mail and already have our mailing address.
