Introduction

This site was originally intended to assist victims of malpractice and other malfeasance at the now-defunct Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The hospital is closed and the whereabouts of its operators is unknown to me. Later I may restore access to the pages of the old site.

People who may be inclined to sue me should be advised that I have no money and no assets. I do not have the money to hire a lawyer to defend me if I am sued so it should be easy to do - however if I am physically able I will endeavor to attend the proceedings. I have already advised them that if they wish to hale into court a crippled and dying old man I will show up to tell my side of the story. Whether I will live so long in any case is doubtful.

If the Attorney General or governor of Arkansas ask that I remove content I will do so. I will not honor such a request from other parties.
